    In Atomic Habits, Clear does a great job of laying out the argument for small, manageable, yet consistent habits that add up to meaningful change. Each chapter begins with an anecdote related to the upcoming concept and ends with a concise summary. None of the concepts are particularly new or innovative, but overall a great reference and motivating read for goal management.

    I truly enjoyed this book as a person who was lost and kept changing my mind on what i wanted to do with my life. This book helped me in guiding me with habits. I truly see and live life so much differently now than last year. This is a MUST read.

    While I’m over the hill, this book still has as much relevance as if I was getting ready to cut my teeth in life. I think this book is so good that I would make this required reading for all juniors in high school or maybe freshman in college. Or anyone that is stuck in a rut and can’t seem to move forward.
